Charging system has three essential components of the battery, alternator and regulator. Alternator is working together with Aki to generate electricity when the engine started.
The results generated by the alternator is an AC voltage which is then converted / transformed into DC voltage.
FILLINGCIRCUIT SYSTEMS
To the four cable (socket) connected with the alternator along the electrical circuit.
"B" is the alternator output wire that supplies current to the battery."IG" is an indicator dialternator existing contacts."S" is used by regulators to set the shock to the battery charging."L" is the cable used by regulators for the indicator lights (CHG).
ALTERNATOR TERMINAL IDENTITY
"S" terminal battery voltage indicator."IG" terminal shock indicator contact."L" Terminal indicator lights."B" Terminal Output Alternator."F" Terminal voltage direct (bypass).
ALTERNATOR ASSY
Alternator consists of:Combined magnetic poles are called the rotor.Magnet wire coils called the stator.The series is called the rectifier diodes.Tool called the regulator voltage regulator.Two fan-in (Internal Fan) to produce air circulation.
ALTERNATOR MODEL
Most have alternator regulator therein (IC Built In), and the old type have outside regulators.
Unlike the old model, this type can easily be remedied by opening the lid on top.
ALTERNATOR POLY
Poly alternator tied / fastened to the rotor axis.
Type a single poly or poly PK can be used.
Alternator type has no external fan that became part of polinya.
Unlike the old type of alternator that uses outside for cooling fan, alternator has 2 fans inside for cooling air circulation.
PART IN ALTERNATOR
If the top of the altenator is opened:Regulator controls the alternator output voltage.Carbon Brush that attaches to the top of the rotor (Slip Ring).
The series diode (rectifier) that converts (convert) the AC voltage into DC voltage.
Slip Ring (part of the rotor) is connected with any of the field winding.
