Work System Altenator Ato Dinamo Ampere #2

CARBON BRUSH

Two slip rings are located in every part of the rotor.
Slip ring is connected with the field winding in which the carbon brush can be moved, and when current flows through the field winding through slip rings, there will flow around the rotor magnets.

2 pieces of charcoal are positioned parallel to that will stick with the slip ring. Carbon brushes soldered or fastened with bolts.

IC REGULATOR

The regulator is the brain of the charging system.

Regulators regulate both the voltage and the stator voltage, and depending on the rotation speed of the engine, the regulator will set the ability of the rotor coil to generate output alternator.

Regulators can be replaced either internal or external regulator.
Today the average everything is put on the internal regulator.

Rectifier diode

The series diode is responsible for the conversion AC voltage to DC voltage.

6 or 8 diodes used to convert the AC stator voltage to DC voltage.

Half of the diode is used in the positive pole and the other half in the negative pole.

PART IN ALTERNATOR

Rotor of which consists of poles that revolve around the magnetic poles in the stator. Rotor rotation creates a magnetic flow around it.

Windings (stator) voltage that develops due to a rotating magnet then the current is induced through the stator terminals.

CIRCUITS moto

The rotor consists of the polar magnetic poles, the core field winding and slip rings.

Some models / types of support including lava and one or two fans in it.

The rotor is driven or rotated inside the alternator with a rope round the engine fan.

Pole rotor which comprises magnetic poles, field winding, and Slip ring, solid parts of this section is continuous on the axis of the rotor, the field winding is connected to the slip ring in which the carbon brush can be moved.
There are two lava contained dirotor, one at the bottom of the slip ring, and the other is at the top axis of the rotor.

Field Winding Rotor Creates magnetic field caused by current flowing through the slip ring.
The magnets on one side of the south pole, and on the other side into the north pole.

RELATIONSHIP stator - rotor

Relations rotor rotates within the stator round:

Alternator magnetic currents emanating from the rotor rotation induces a voltage to the stator.

Strength and speed of rotation of the magnetic flow generated will cause the rotor to the stator induced voltage.

Has 3-phase stator windings are insulated to the stator windings are connected with each other.
Each phase is placed in position different than the others.

Insulated coils that generate magnetic fields.
