Ford teams offers EV owners $10,000 solar charging system with SunPower,
We might not know how much Ford's expecting for the Focus Electric, but it's already put a $10,000 price tag on one of its accessories. The company announced today that it has teamed with SunPower to offer purchasers of the upcoming Focus Electric and C-MAX Energy a 2.5-kilowatt rooftop solar system. That setup will apparently provide "enough renewable energy production to offset the energy used for charging" cars that log 1,000 miles per month (about 30 miles per day) or less. If $10,000 is just a little too rich for your blood, there's always Best Buy's $1,500 budget-friendly charging station.

The mysterious Lamborghini teaser that talked about a "super sports car" headed to Frankfurt has now been addressed, and Lamborghini wasn't as we expected it.
Okay, we got the part about the Gallardo right, but it’s not the eventual successor to the popular V10 as we initially thought. Instead, it’s going to be the final version of the Gallardo that Lamborghini is going to release. It’s a street-version of the Gallardo Super Trofeo.

BMW is Working On concept cars I4 And I5 Models
Bmw unveiled new i3 and i8 concept cars,which lead the company to make new i model cars more environment friendly and more sustainable i brand.
According to BMW insider Scott27, the company is already preparing two new vehicles - the i4 and i5 - which should debut sometime towards the end of the decade.

Hackers can open car doors using text messages (SMS)

have announced that they have discovered a security exploit and they have succeeded using it in opening car doors by just sending SMS (that would be a nightmare for car owners).
The researcher will discuss this exploit in the conference of the black hat that will be held in the USA under the title of "War of text messages and interact with devices on the telephone network" after failing the attention of many manufacturers of security systems for cars to this exploit, only after this announcement , where the work of both Matthew and Bailey not to publish the exact details of this research to the public in order to give manufacturers the possibility to remedy the matter .

The italian Fiat aquires the american Chrysler
Italian auto maker Fiat SpA officially became Chrysler Group LLC's majority owner on Thursday, clearing the way for a complete restructuring of Chrysler's board of directors and a further merger of the two companies' management.
Fiat on Thursday reached a deal to pay the Canadian government $140 million for its small stake in Chrysler, and completed a previously announced deal to purchase the U.S. government's larger stake in the auto maker. The two moves increased Fiat's holding in Chrysler to 53.5% from 46%.
